Her Story

Disnélla is a model and actress based in New York City. Scouted into the industry while working as a project manager at NBC Universal, she learned the work on real sets — commercial modeling and on-camera performance. Movement is part of the craft: a U.S. Army veteran, she was awarded the Armed Forces Service Medal for her leadership and contributions during her service. After an injury that left her in a wheelchair, she rebuilt through calisthenics and mobility training, regaining the physical control and presence she brings on and off camera. She is represented through Click Models in New York and Eris Talent globally. Before her career in the industry, she studied medicine and is still on the path to become a neuroscientist. Some of Disnélla's hobbies include rock climbing, Lego building, and crafting.
